The National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) provide training and support for teachers and school leaders at all levels, from those who want to develop expertise in high quality teaching practice, such as behaviour management, to those leading multiple schools across trusts.
We are delighted to be working with Leadership Learning South East (LLSE) and Education Development Trust (EDT) to deliver the reformed NPQ framework across Medway, Gravesham and Dartford and the wider area of Kent.
The new NPQ frameworks are evidenced based and ensure a clear path of professional development building on the learning from ITT core content framework and the new ECF.
Courses will begin in October 2023 and February 2024.
‘Facilitating on the new NPQLT has really made me think about how we are supporting teaching staff in my own school, the level of discussion between the delegates is so impressive – everyone in the room is learning and challenging each other!’ NPQLT Facilitator 21/22 cohort
‘I have just been given my first headship role, one of the questions I was asked directly related to research we had covered in the NPQH – you definitely helped me secure the role! Thank you!‘ NPQH delegate 21/22 cohort.
