ECTE for Independent School

The Department for Education (DfE) has committed to supporting all teachers early in their careers with the introduction of the 2 year Early Career Induction Programme.  Although Independent Schools are not required to offer statutory induction to their early career teachers (ECTs), we know that the schools we work with are committed to ensuring their ECTs receive the best support available. 

Thames Gateway Teaching School Hub’s induction service offer to Independent Schools draws the high quality training materials provided by UCL plus the extensive expertise of our team.
